Clean, large rooms in a nice sorrounding. Friendly people but service needs much improvement. Noise from other rooms during night couldn't be stopped. Food below the standard. They rent bikes.

The experience of a small village in the midst of a large paddy field with choices of authentic Sri Lankan and western food.
Don't forget to ask the guys to give you the experience of a local tour with some fun activities.

For visitors to the historic city of Polonnaruwa this is a fine place to stay a few nights. The place is beautifully designed, and quite new. The location is commendable too - away from the city and tucked among rice fields and other cultivations. The garden can be expected to be even nicer when tress grow up. Restaurant is well appointed, too.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, clean, air conditioned and we had a nice balcony
