  This place belongs to mr primas who invevnted primats.They are world famous bekers.gran elivetors,prima flour mill in trinkomalee are the same owner.Befor it belongs to the oil and fact company government.it sold to the primas by the Hon former president DB wijethunga .It sold for 99 years.inside sevaral factories placed there.chiken plant,Sausage plant,Noodles plant,Bakery also inside.priviosly restaurant and beer garden was opperated.Now they brote new yougat factry also.In previos days Dr Lim Ben joo,Mr Tk Tan,Mr jeson Tan Mr AB Jayalath,Mr Jayathissa operated the place.
