One more overrated spot. We ordered chocolate cold coffee, juice, water and crepes with bananas.. juice was warm, coffee tasted livery artificial (water with cacao powder and ton of sugar and cream). Banana in crepes was sour and I am also not fan of sauce they used on top.. water came after 4 times asking the waitress with no smile on her face. Nobody asks you if you enjoyed the food.. as long as cash is in.. please, don’t waist your money here.

We like to come here for their breakfast. It's definately one of the better ones around for the price. We love their multi-grain bread and purchase this from them weekly.

Quick service. You can choose between inside, terrace and outside (on the beach). Wide sortiment of desserts and coffee and italian meals. We had delicious passion fruit/cashew cheesecake and coffee. Nice staff, speaks english fluently.

What a gem! Delicious food, great view, lovely staff. I had the Hunter's Chicken and an affogato and my husband had the Hawaiian Pizza and Tiramisu. The portions were just right, the ingredients were fresh and the prices were reasonable. We are so glad we found this restaurant. I can't recommend it enough!

Italian cuisine that ranges from delicious cakes, coffee to salad, pasta and pizza. The view is right off the beach, perfect for sunset. There was even a live mellow band on Thursday night. Staff was great, attentive and laid back. Prices are exact for the QUALITY they offer and beats all the overpriced restaurants and cafes down the strip. We regret spending our money everywhere else before finding this gem. Probably the best in Negombo. I really appreciate their prices.

I spent one night at Dolce Vita. The room was OK for the price. Nothing fancy, but good for a budget traveler. The location is great though, right on the beach and close to the main strip.

The food on the other hand was amazing. The coffee is just excellent. Even if you don't stay I highly recommend the food.
