  Food was bad . It was not properly seasoned and had a weird taste. Place was clean and staff was friendly .

  Very Nice view, faraway from the city up in the mountains!
  
  Lived in the suite, it was moldy and smelled musty. The was mouldy aswell. Dirty windows and bad ventilation. It looks nice on the pictures but IRL it was badly maintained. The owner of the place was kind and nice, but the rest of the staff could barely no English. They had also forgotten to give us bedsheets, in the night everyone in the staff had gone home and we were completely alone at the hotel with no service.

  This has a descent Reception hall. The staff are friendly. The food is not the best in tye country. Not bad for a 3 star hotel.

  A hillside escape from the heat and bustle of the city. While the facilities are simple it offers most of what you will need and want while relaxing within easy travel of attractions like Kandy city, Hunas falls and the Tea plantations of the Elkadawa valley. Very nice, attentive service, good food and good value.

  Brookside Resort is located on a hill overlooking the Dumbara Valley, allowing a peaceful retreat into nature. It features a large outdoor pool with a children’s section, a playground and a rooftop library.
  
  The resort is 8 km from Hunas Falls. The centre of the historic city of Kandy is a 40-minute drive away.
  
  Boasting lake and pool views, spacious homely suites offer air conditioning and a fan. They feature a wardrobe, ironing facilities and a hairdryer. The large bathroom comes with shower facilities, a bidet and a spa bathtub allowing views of peaceful nature.
  
  Guests of Brookside can sample local Sri Lankan meals, or opt for Western favourites. Room service is provided.
  
  Free wired internet access is available in the business centre. The resort also offers meeting/banqueting spaces, a tour desk, and barbecue facilities. Service staff can assist with airport shuttle, laundry and luggage storage services.
