Excellent place to spend time with family and friends.. Caretaker is friendly and helpful.. Clean well Maintained house in a quite neighborhood with wifi, hot water, cable tv and ac on every room.. Thank you very much. Enjoyed the stay very much.. Highly recommended..

Had an amazing stay over there. It has 2 double and 2 triple rooms with a/c. 3 bathrooms. Perfect place for a group of 10. The caretaker was really helpful. It's towards the end of the Victoria range. You can get meals on request. There's a pool too for a small charge. Absolutely recommended. 🤗

We stayed at Bungalow 162 for three nights in December 2015 and loved it! There was ample space for 5 adults and 3 children and it had all the amenities for a perfect holiday. The booking process was easy and the owner and his brother in law were always available on the phone to respond to any queries we had. The location was secure, quiet and beautiful. The house itself has been built to the highest specification and the we loved the multi level layout. The bedrooms were spacious with large bedding, clean linen and the two bathrooms with hot water and high quality fittings were a treat after a hard day of excursions around Kandy. The living area and the kitchen are also well furnished and equipped. Kids loved the cable TV and free wifi was a great convenience to keep in touch. The climate in Kandy is quite pleasant around the year but the place is air conditioned and also fitted with ceiling fans should you need them. The butler / caretaker was also very helpful and polite and apart from cooking us fantastic meals, he was available on call for any other assistance we asked for. We will most definitely stay there again on our next visit to Kandy and will recommend the place to anyone without a hesitation.
