  My first shopping experience with BigBrands.lk happens to be the worst online experience ever. I placed the order on 11-Sep-2022 and the delivery wasn't made on time. I had to contact them numerous times. According to them, they are supposed to deliver an item with in 4-5 working days but this was not maintained. Every time when I called them, they lied to me mentioning "It will be delivered on a particular day or today". They agents (Praveen) appeared to be helpless and not responsible for the delivery to happen on time. They were like "We have informed the delivery team already", "The delivery team cannot be contacted right now", and so on as if it was an issue of the delivery team and Bigbrand.lk have nothing to do with it! However, the delivery was made on 5-Oct-2022 (almost one month after the payment was made) which cannot be considered an appropriate online shopping process. I'm utterly disappointed with Bigbrand.lk based on how they processed this order. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
