Great customer service and the best place for your ideal automobile.

Very poor service. Only one service executive handling all customers. I took one hour and 30 minutes to handover the car . Next day I had to wait over one hour to receive the car back as the schedule time . I’m so worried about one person who has got big workload .

The staff is cooperative. Should go to this place with prior appointment and it will ease up you and staff too.

Went to hv a steering motor problem attended and also to have a regular service + ATF & Brake fluid and all filters replaced. The Service Exec & Works Mngr were cutomer focused and very helpful. The problem was resolved and the major service done.;
Much appreciated.
Just two issues. There are no facilities to have the undercarriage, engine and body washed or detailed here. They send the vehicle to Kirula Rd for that. A waste of time and effort for customer and Kia!
Kia does not get accessories for any of their models. Pity - there's more profit to be made if they only do!response / report this review -

Receptionist very rude and not professional at all. Takes hours to get a job done. Worst service ever. Tarnishing the brand image. Good cars but the people are abysmal. Total system is designed to make customers uncomfortable.
