Very bad service. Being a client of over 8 years, their vehicle inspection and service has detiorated to deplorable levels. The worst was when both the A/C and alternator belts gave way without warning while on our way to office. The irony was that the car was put for a full service at AMW Rajagiriya just 5 days before that. Instead of identifying a potential belt problem, they listed out a timing belt and rack replacement which I had done already and were working fine. Being a a technical team, no one had checked out such an easily identifiable belt problem, which gave way 5 days later. Very careless work and we have to pay massive sums for nothing! AMW Rajagiriya, get your act together and fast!

Professional car care and detailing for a good price. Helpful and friendly staffs who are always willing to help. Comparing to many places in Colombo this is one of the good place you can go with your car. Prior appointment is a better coz it's not easy to sneak ur vehicle in without an appointment. This place is closed on mondays.

Really like getting my car serviced here. Very methodical and quick. Good area for customers to wait while the car is being serviced. Free coffee and WiFi is also available in this air condition waiting area.

On this day my service adviser was Mr Bimsara. Very knowledgeable person with excellent PR skills.
Customer waiting area comfortable.
There is only one toilet for customers. Not enough at all.

Due to improper installation of oil filter, engine oil got fully drained. When it was reported, they just provided an expired Castrol oil and service free of charge to cover the blunder done by them. Scare to visit next time. I have observed they sell Castrol engine oil manufactured two years ago.
I visited them on 30.12.2017 to buy Castrol motor oil only -0w-30 and found that they are selling oil manufactured on July 2014 👹

Best place to do your scheduled service for Suzuki, Nissan vehicles. They have good system in place. You can drop your vehicle and leave or wait at the lounge with AC. They have reading materials, a small cafe and phone charging facilities at the lounge

They stop work exactly at 12 pm for lunch and we have to wait till 1 pm, even the only thing we have to get is the job sheet to make the payment. If this happens, at least they should inform the customer.
