They didn’t give me what they said I ask sea view and with bathtub room but they didn’t give to us

Attended a wedding last week . There were only 2 guys to serve the food. We had to wait for about 20 minutes time for just a plate after serving the Rice. We also didn't get all the dishes from the menu. Also the serving guys took all our drink bottles before we finish drinking. Service is need to be improved.

Horrible service. 2/3 of the menu was not available. The keys to the room door was not secure enough. And in the end one hotel server opened the door without even knocking. Pathetic hotel. Regret the stay.

The hotel is located right beside sea and in very posh area of the city colombo. There is very beautiful sea view form the hotel window. The hotel receptionist Ms.Amali is very helpful. There are 2 disadvantages, the Restorent food is not so great and the AC working conditions are poor. The hotel charges 65 USD per night for single occupancy. It's worth for the money. Go for it

Overall it's fine.. Rooms are bit small I reckon, but the view from the window is gold.. Nice sea view and the staff is friendly overall

Very poor service. today is my sister's engagement.. the hotel electricity cuts for more than half and hour while all the guests are there and no a/c ( air conditioners ) are working there. very poor service please don't book any parties.. you will have the same problem as mine

Fabulous location on the edge of the western coastline of the island of Sri-Lanka. Hear of Colombo city. Amazing Historic Contemporary feeling of living here along a Railway line thats old & goes over a hundred Kilometers around the coastline. Rooms on the higher floor facing the ocean are stunning especially for the views, fresh air, sound of waves crashing & Trains passing every few minutes ago simultaneously
