I have not stayed at this hotel, hence my 3star rating. However I have been at the bar and pool area and ate at the restaurant. I had a wonderful experience there. Friendly staff, great food choices. The bartenders were jovial and made the ambience warm and welcoming. All I can say is 'go experience for yourself' and come back to respond to this post

Just came back from a 4 night stay with my husband at this lovely place. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We paid for a garden view but sad to say it was a view of their tanks. But that didn't deter us from enjoying everything else. The food was amazing at both restaurants but I must say we enjoyed the Creole Grill more. It was more local cuisine, very flavorful. Most staff was on point and ready and willing to help. This resort is in close proximity to the malls and liming spots. All in all we had a great time except for the cats they had running all over, we weren't comfortable with that.

Upon arriving at Coco Palm I was warmly welcomed by the staff, assisted immediately and assigned a room within 10 minutes.

Service: The staff is very helpful, polite, and will even arrange airport in advanced transfer if requested (recommended).

Room: The room I got was the Patio Garden Room, it was very spacious,clean, quiet and has a fridge and T.V. The washroom is also kept in great condition and cleaned everyday. The king size bed was quite comfortable, more than enough room for two people, it wasn't to soft or firm for me, but it made A LOT! Of noise when moving around or during action (not recommend at night).

Breakfast: All you can eat breakfast buffet was 3/5! Get the omelet its by far the best in the menu, the bacon was pretty dry and overdone. They have a variety of items to choose from. I liked the Kellogg Frosted Flakes the best They're Gr-r-reat!

Location: What more could you ask for? Its between dozens of restaurants, a bank if you need cash, 10 minutes walk from Rodney Bay and five minutes walk from the local mall which has a grocery store!

Horrible front desk service. I asked to change rooms as soon as I saw the room they assigned for me and my fiance, and they did not want to help after complaint about the room being too small and ridiculously noisy. Room was not only small and noisy but shower water pressure was terrible and they totally forget about any guests that are assigned to the separate building. I will never stay here again if I ever come back to St. Lucia and I warn anybody who might want to try this hotel. There are absolutely much better options in Rodney Bay. I've seen short stay motels that had better rooms. Dont waste your time or money.

Service and location is pretty good. Watch out for the older rooms (Creole) that sit on the strip next to the noisiest bars in St Lucia (excluding local soundsystems of course). We asked to move and paid for a quieter room (which was a million times nicer too), which was worth it :)
if looking for a central location with access to all amenities then this cant be beat.

I booked the Coco Palm resort in St Lucia to celebrate making it to half a century and what a time I had! Hospitality at the Coco Palm was second to none! Not matter what I asked for it was granted with a smile; they could not do enough to help and when it came to the day of my birthday WOW!! I spent the day at the beach with friends and when I returned to my room it was beautifully decorated with complimentary drinks and nibbles - what an amazing place! I can't wait to visit and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St Lucia. Head Concierge Peppy was sooo helpful; lovely young Amber couldn't do enough for us. The Manager - cannot remember her name - was excellent and a massive asset to the Coco Palm!! I can't wait to visit again! PWilliams

Coco Palm Hotel in Rodney Bay happens to be my favorate hotel St. Lucia. The ideal location in the middle of 'everything' and at the same time a secluded flower tree oasis emanates the peace of mind I've been looking for to celebrate birthday. French/Creole architecture, an elaborate pool, charming spacious rooms, dedicated staff not to forget Ti Banane Restaurant and their outstanding Creole Cuisine - try their delicious signature banana and coconut cakes - in short; not posh but an authentic locally owned Caribbean Hotel.

The AI was worth the convience. The chef is really good and the food was really good and presented like a 5 star, I put on weight, had 3 course meals for lunch and dinner. Didn't have to worry about paying with the AI plan. The staff were nice and the resort is a small underrated gem. Very relaxing.
The AC in the room rattled and the safe didn't work but they sent up a mechanic and fixed it almost immediately

Loved the environment. They cleaned everyday and changed the sheets and towels. It wasn't a problem to get beach towels changed. Most people were easy to talk to.

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff are the friendliest and most accomodating people you will ever meet. The aesthetics of the resort itself was superb. Definitely disappointed in any aspect. Absolutely 5 stars!!

I give them all 5 starzz food was d most delicious I've had in recent times.. however the hotel needs some upgrading.. other than that I loved it

Terrible room. Smelled like fresh paint and the window could not be opened. They advertise pictures of nice rooms but then they throw you in an alternate building in which we were able to enjoy the loud thumping of the club next door's subwoofer till 2 am. Low security and poor quality overall. Don't waste your money on this trash dump.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The pool is large and the beach is only a five minute walk away. Right in the centre of what's happening in Rodney Bay. I'd get bored in isolated resorts, not here!
