Bay Gardens service is excellent the food is great the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well taken cared off, had the best time.

Great location near the beach, restaurants and bars. The service here is fantastic with events everyday and throughout the day, with personalised breakfast being the best in my opinion. Lastly the rooms are wonderful placed in beautiful settings with lush greenery dispersed throughout.

This hotel is safe, clean, has WiFi and such a friendly staff. I would give it a 5 but it is a bit dated on the inside of the rooms. The breakfast buffet is pretty good also.

Visited here on an All Inclusive Package and it was worth it.! Customer Service is Excellent at both the Hotel and Resort. Staff is friendly. Food & Drinks at all restaurants especially Spices Restaurant is exceptionally great tasting. Great service even while relaxing on Reduit Beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel and resort for your stay in St. Lucia especially with your complimentary passes to Splash Island Water Park.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. Staff are very warm and courteous toward my family and I. Rooms are very clean and we'll maintained. They even treated my wife like close family on her birthday. I definitely intend to return some time in the future.
