I came here because my original hotel canceled due to COVID19. First of all Jennifer and her staff did literally everything in their power to make our stay amazing which it was. It's all-inclusive resort with all you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, All of which are amazing. The oceanfront beach view at our room was spectacular as well as everyone in the hotel I was never was told nor did I witness any other guests being told no the entire time. The review about lack of fruits is laughable, I literally witnessed a table order a lifetime supply of fruit BEFORE their breakfast. So anything you want they will get it for you with a smile. Dallian Troy Annaleyse and everyone literally were great. This was a delightful experience and I will be returning here for any future stays.
it's one of the best beaches on the island, even though it's a little far from the airport it's worth the trip. Final note they went above and beyond to make our honeymoon enjoyable and it was! and so thank you guys. from Raphael and Olivia

Good location, central on Rodney Bay facing the beach. Friendly staff, typical of the Caribbean. The hotel is ok and the staff make the best of it.
The room is spacious and a good standard, the pool and pool bar are satisfactory and the gardens are meticulous.
The breakfast buffet is adequate but not as good as most. We dined out in the evening as there are several good restaurants on the doorstep.
The gym and spa are ok but on the basic side.
It seems to be on a par with the other hotels in the area, only Sandals seems noticeably different.
Once you relax into the local vibe and pace then you will ok but initially it can seem a bit dated compared to outside of the Caribbean.

The ocean is beautifully framed by the hotel with its charming garden and pool area in the foreground. Try to get the Admiral suite for the best view and a large veranda. The fried fish roti from the beach bar is good value and tasty and the pool bar is a nice place to chill out in the afternoon. The beach is well patrolled, without being intrusive and the staff keep the beach very clean. Only down side is that the to is over too soon.

We stayed at the Royal St Lucia Resort and Spa and had the best time ever. The location is breathtaking and the staffs are very friendly. We enjoyed a couple massage done by Jerome and Shirmine. They were knowledgeable in the service delivered. We also attended a Royal Spa party, an initiative by the spa manager Credencia in creating awareness to resort guest and local alike of the importance of health and wellness.
Thank you all for a lovely vacation. . we will surely return.

Situated on a beautiful white sand Beach. This Hotel was an enjoyable and pleasant experience for me, the complementary all you can eat breakfast was quite good. The Rodney Bay area is quite good for shopping and other activities.

The room was safe and the housekeeping service was excellent, I am yet to try the "Turn Down" Service, I always opt for the complementary pastry and candy. The Manager's Tuesday evening Welcome Cocktails with live music and Complementary beverage and finger foods was a nice touch. All in all my 2 weeks were well spent.

Good location, you can easily walk to town (10 minutes away) where you will find many options for restaurants, 2 large malls which offer duty-free shopping. Local vendours and a grocery store.
The Hotel: friendly staff, nice pool with swim up bar, great views of the mountain side, beach and ocean.

ROOM: Interesting mulitleved layout. The bedroom and washroom are 2 steps up the living room is larger and has access to the good size balcony. Overall all areas of your suite is very clean, the multi jet shower is a great way to start your holidays or unwind at the end if the day.

A fruit basket is waiting for you upon checking in, also they offer trun down service and leave little biscuits by your bedside.

The Need to improve: the only charging station for your smart phone or other devices is across the room on a desk. If your like me I use my phone as my alarm clock and being that far would not wake me up. It would have been nice to have a plug next to one of the bedside tables.

The Restaurants: The main resto has buffet breakfast with your typical choices. The menu offers different varieties in its cuisines. They offer a a decent wine selection choice.
The Chic resto offers higher-end menu and personalised services at a premium price.

Great location right on the beach. Many restaurants and lots of shopping available. Great food at the resort! Love the swim up bar! Only problems we had, we had to eventually leave.

Great place to stay at and the beach and pool are amazing. The bar in the pool looks great! The only thing that slighted my experience there was how slow the internet was. It was not much of a problem, but could be for some people.

Royal by Rex Resorts is an wonderful place to stay for a vacation There are many things to do there. There is the pool ,bar, jacuzzi, restaurants, amazing sea views garden views pool view. The food was excellent the rooms were clean everything was fantastic the only thing was a restaurant called The Oriental the portions of food were small but tasty.. Absolutely Great Place to visit.
