  Visited in December 2015. Great location with exceptional views of the Pitons and surrounding area. Great choice of wine, and not forgetting the food. Very nice with the use of cocoa from the estate as a spice, makes the dish worth waiting for.
  It's a must if visiting St Lucia.

  The staff is very friendly and the rooms are really nice. The food and drinks are delicious! There is also a gorgeous view from the restaurant

  Beautiful restaurant overlooking the pitons. Outstanding location.
  If you love chocolate you will love the food there. Experimental recipes using cacao in pretty much all dishes, whether appetizers, main courses or desserts (which are excellent).
  Good wine list.
  Owners have invested a lot of money in this property and the result is an impressive state of the art gourmet chocolat factory.

  Hotel Chocolat has a tree to bar experience which we did. We saw the whole process of cocoa from the tree to the chocolate tablets. We were explained all the different cocoa trees an varieties. Highly recommended, specially the second part where you get to do a chocolate tablet.

  Spectacular views and delicious cocktails here. We also did the tree to bar tour, which was excellent. Our tour guide, Cuthbert, was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there.
