We ate here twice during our holiday in Soufriere. Loved the Ruby's pizza with corn as one of the toppings. I also loved the garden salad. Great food and friendly service!

Sorry, but it should really drop "pizzeria" from the name. They only serve pizza 3 days a week! We went on a Wednesday, and while they were very friendly, they informed us their pizza chef was only there Thurs - Sun. Again, very friendly, but they are NOT a pizzeria.

I own a restaurant in Mississippi. Wife got ill on our honeymoon so obviously I thought pizza would be a good choice to bring her. Drove down to Ruby’s in soufriere before they were even able to serve and ended up hanging out for over an hour with the staff and owner. All I can say is wow! This may have been my most enjoyable experience in St. Lucia. The owner and the staff are all friendly, courteous and professional. Best of all, the pizza I brought my wife was wonderful. If you’re in the area, don’t be intimidated to visit the city and check this place out. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Very peaceful atmosphere and great food. Good selection and good pricing. We have been to 4 or 5 restaurants in Soufriere and this is the only one we have been back to more than once. Pizza is great and good for leftovers. Wings are awesome and Mac and cheese is right on point. Would definitely recommend. Coming from someone who has worked in restaurants for over 10 years. Needless to say I judge every one pretty critically.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The pizza and the fish were incredible. The staff was friendly and so helpful with everything (including helping us get to our hotel).

The best pizza in Soufriere or possibly even in St. Lucia. The calamari are also delicious. There is always nice music playing so the place has this cosy feeling.
