Worst customer service ever, no friends are allowed, only couples. Too expensive. Plus they got a gravel beach.

The place is so nice and relaxing however most to the staff is unprofessional since I gave money to the waitress and I waited for her to give me the change however she did not return which was rude. Regarding everything, I totally recommend this place for families, friends and couples.

Janna sur mer is a beach resort located in aldamour area. It is expensive entrance fees and the prices inside are very high. Nithing very unique in this place. A big pool with a clean water but too much chlore. The places aroid the pool are easily full in the first hours. The sand beach is not big and not even so clean. Actually you can pay less in other places with the same money value and maybe more in some places in damour.

Vip side quiet good for couples, no towels bring tour own. Great pool, sea looks great but is not swimmable. Restaurant service is good.

Amazing place we have in lebanon.. great for a honeymoon . Very friendly staff and good food quality. Music is good and a perfect place for relaxation.

I loved my stay at Janna, friendly attentive staff, amazing set up, clean large swimming pools, well organized. Adults only swimming pool which is amazing, in addition to family pools, swim up bar, hookah, food, unbelievable sunset, when you book make sure what room you are booking so you know what to expect. DJ and pool party every day 12-6 pm. I stayed for a week and will definitely go again.

I spend a weekend at Janna and it was wonderful I felt in haven . The best resort in Lebanon, the stuff is so friendly and the infinity pool is so huge and clean. The food is so tasty, my overall experience was amazing.

The resort is very decent and beautiful . The design of the pools and the atmosphere is amazing. Nevertheless , the food is utterly expensive and not worth its price sadly. Imagine a little bottle of water at 3750 L.L i guess it's the same bottle elsewhere

Amazing and wonderful place to relax, dance, and have a charming vacation. Hospitality will never be better than here..lovely stuff and great atmosphere..
We came back and we stayed at Janna Sur Mer Beach Resort hotel for a lovely weekend. The service and the food was was good. We enjoyed relaxing in our private pool watching the sunset. All in all we have a memorable weekend. Looking forward to go next year.response / report this review -

I have never seen a tropical resort so exotic and out of this world. The pool is so huge and clean that you would crave to dive in. What is really special about this pool is that it is an infinity pool which gave me the best view at sunset.
What brings this place all together is the friendly staff and their great service. The food has never reach me so quickly yet so delicious. The food was so appetizing that I had to thank the chef personally.
Your experience is not complete unless you sleep there. The bungalow has a panoramic view of the sea. We really enjoy the spacious yet cozy bungalow.
It is lovely to swim at night in this gigantic pool. I want to thank George and Eva for their hospitality and professionalism.
I would definitely repeat this vacation and I would recommend it for you all.response / report this review -

Very pretty resort with large and luxurious swimming pools. However, quite expensive to get in, and then pay a man to literally escort you to a sunbed. The beach is very stoney and not recommended. The waiter messed up our food order and, in true Lebanese style, asked us to split the bill with him as he would have to pay for the wrong dishes.

Loved this place! Great spot to start of early and relax. The bartenders were friendly, the crowd was cool, and they had a separate family section which made it comfortable for the singles or couples. They also offer bottle service! Although they aren't to keen on letting single guys in, just be cool and you'll most likely be ok

I love it ! This place has amazing pool with multiple depths and a nice pool bar (the water around pool bar is kinda dirty ! ) Highly recommended place to have fun at, sort of party place not too much for family
