We were gifted a surprise mom and myself by my brother. A handsome young gentleman named Sultan arrived to beirut to pick us upfinally we found out we were going 45 minutes up the mountains over ras al matn a resort placewe had the most amazing new year's evet! Awesome staffeverything was super greatwe can't wait to bring the rest of my familygreat place for all ages. Investors I personally advise you to inject dollar fuel on this place to keep inhancing the quality of the buildings materials and to reward their super kind staff who work day and night and still manage to keep their smiles as brilliant as the lights of the mountains and with a heart as pure as the fresh air of the pine treesThank you PINELAND from Mom and mysref Mona #120Thank you Habib for the wonderful surprise it really worked great beyond our expectation. A lot of positives in this place. Great and tasty food, very good wine selection, excellent location surrounded by pine trees and above all that the fantastic service by a very friendly and professional Tarek. However, there have been few cons, the smell across the facilities is there as somebody mentioned it and the building is old and needs maintenance. But all in all, it is worth the long trip.

The place is super clean and every one is kind and smiling.. I believe that smiles attract good vipes and helps u enjoy time better..the food is yummy and the place is filled with child friendly activities in the nature.. Must be visited..

The worst you can imagine. From the entrance of the hotel you smell bad odors. We came in for lunch. We left in 10mn. The staff, the terrace,the food so cheap. We tried some of the food, and we felt like vomiting.

Very nice hotel in need of some remodeling I stayed there 3 nights and they seem their elevator don't want to use it most of the time but I still enjoyed the nature it is beautiful landscapes and awesome location

This place Could be easily among the top worst hotels of the world.
-Everything is old
-Bathrooms need maintenance
-Tv channels are not working and stuck on an image with a very bad quality
-The hotel's restaurant is aweful with the worst food
-Too expensive for no services
-No electric kettles in the rooms and when ordering one the receptionist told me she doesnt have the storage room key at 9 pm
I doubt the person running this place have ever been in a hotel.

Very nice atmosphere. Great place to visit during the hot summers. They got ATVs, Cycling, Tennis court, basketball courts, and a really nice swimming pool. The weather up there makes it ideal for the summers.
