We ate there on Easter Sunday. It was an open buffet. The food was below average, no big variety. The stuffed pastry and kebbeh are as hard as rocks. The raw kebbeh was not tasty. The stuff is serving people who pay extra money, usually i don't mind tipping servers but at least you expect the minimum service before doing that. It is not admissible that when you are served at the hot topics station, they pour a small portion of rice and the responsible will tell the serving guy "khalas" and you have to ask again for an extra small portion. You ask for an ice tea they say we don't have and suddenly you find ice tea on another table near you and when you ask why? The answer is you didn't ask the right person.
Even after a private complain to the head of servers, the best you could get is the removal of the pile of the empty plates.
At the end and to give a credit to the hotel, the place is beautiful but as i already said i don't advise anybody to go there for a lunch.response / report this review -

Nice place and calm atmosphere. Average food. Good for families with kids as there is a huge playground.

We have stayed there for couple of nights while visiting the area.
Very friendly, family run business, excellent food, good value for money.

Beautiful place, great place te rest in the winter after skiing in zaarour (20min from the Hotel) or in the summer under the beautiful Pine trees!
