Very friendly staff , super comfortable bed , clean rooms , very good breakfast . The staff got out of their way to make our stay extremely comfortable . All the staff were very professional and welcoming , Yazi from housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning our room to the highest standards , Rabih at the door always welcomed us with a big smile insisting to open the car door and carry our bags , Noel at the restaurant was excellent and attentive , and Naji at reception was always so helpful and friendly , and all the other staff whom I cannot remember their names were also very sweet . I will always stay here when I come to Beirut .

This was my first time staying at Hilton Habtoor Grand. The property is in very good condition and rooms are clean and spacious. They provided good service and internet connection was quite good. The location is in the middle of the city so don't expect many see views or to be close to Rouche, but its central to everywhere and you are no more than 20 minutes from any destination you are looking for.

Although the economic and political situation is not favorable, the hotel staff is attentive to each customer, oriented to good services so as to make the stay in Beirut as good as possible! Every employee is kind, asks for feedback to know how to make every service as good as possible. The food is exceptional!

The service is fantastic. Food is amazing. The hotel is a little far from downtown. The top floors offer an amazing view of Beirut. Staff are helpful and friendly. Very attentive to details. Customer satisfaction is really a priority. Room light however needs to be increased to match the spacious room.

Decent hotel with good amenities. I believe it’s a little over priced for the location and the quality of food that they have but non the less a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a hotel in that particular area. They have a lounge on the 31st floor with killer views.

I was a solo traveller for 3 days, staff there were so helpful specially Hassan in the Concierge who has always options and great advices if this is your first time in Beirut.
Farouk in room service has always the smile on his face that will make your day.
I had pleasant stay for 3 nights and for sure I will be back again.

Great business hotel with amazing warm service. The breakfast is exceptionally good and the hotel location is well serviced with restaurants and café all around. Best thing is that the hotel is located directly next to Le Mall shopping mall which makes it ideal for shopping and fun as well

Rooms are bit dated but the staff are super friendly and everyone is really helpful. The Gym is amazing with a lot of machines, weights and treadmills with an adjacent spa to relax. Recommend it when in Beirut.

This is a very good hotel close to many attractions. Its quite a drive however if you want to go to the city. I like that a mall is in the same building. Very convenient.

Definitely not Hilton standards. TV is old and small, probably from 2007, it didn't even work. I was staying on the executive floor so rooms are a bit improved over others. Well if that's the case I can't imagine how the standard rooms look like. Overly priced, sub-par services. Only subject where they ace is breakfast. Oh boy, the restaurant manager is probably one of the best in business, hats off to him and his efforts to trying to make everyone comfortable. Overall unpleasant experience with this once iconic hotel. I hope they get back on track soon.

Initially I gave it 5 stars, but during my last stay I had bad experience. Laundry was missed several times, room cleaning was missed once, TV was acting weirdly and not responding Staff kept apologizing but no improvement..
