Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and they have good and pocket friendly transportation service. Best thing for me is that its close to my office.

Great location conveniently located. Combining luxury and shopping, with a great spa experience in their nationally renowned Elixir spa, and a mall where u can have a coffee with friends and family, to a business dinner in one of their international restaurants, to your last minute Christmas shopping in an atmosphere that makes you want to come back for more.

Poor internet but friendly staff. Number of devices limited to 4 which is insufficient for a couple with phones tablet and laptop. Connection takes forever and are unstable

There are two Hiltons connected to each other. The one we stayed at was almost like deserted. We should have stayed at the other one but we did not know. Internet connection was very poor. Rooms were clean though.

I am currently staying here and am disappointed with this supposed 5-star hotel. The room itself is comfortable and has a nice view, but the temperature is a little warm and the thermostat giving you control is only an illusion and there's been an on and off buzzing sound in the room. Also, the wifi cuts out constantly. Services an amenities: they say you can get an outlet converter but I was told there is one in my room permanently connected by the coffee bar when I askedfalse. Pool/sauna jacuzzi areas: the picture on the Hilton website is of the pool at the Hilton across the street! The pool at this hotel is small, right next to a road, and in the shade during the afternoon. Half the time I've walked by in the afternoon there are also no cushions and towels out at the pool (when there are, there were little dirty animal paw prints on them!). The women's changing area does have a steam room and sauna but neither are on, and the jacuzzi is cold. I understand it's expensive to keep these things running all the time but at a 5 star hotel I should not have to go ask them to turn it on an hour before I might want to use it. The biggest disappointment with all of this was probably the pool advertised on their website being so much different since we cannot use the pool across the street.

Two towers make sure which is yours! No proper restaurant, bad meals any of the towers. 39th restaurant was dirty and they served us Italian meal which was rrally bad!
