  Prob one the worst hotels I've ever been to, missleading as well. I was suppose to stay here for a month back in 2017, stayed a few days and left, 1st night there i woke up in pain from insect or spider bites. They claim to have a gym, however it does not belong to them and they charge a lot to use it, on top of it, the gym is opened at odd hours, different hours for men amd womenso I could not even workout with your wifeno restraunt no room service. The room itself is very old and not kept at all, all the towels are about 10 years old and paper thin. Staff was friendly though. Would not recommend anyone staying here unless its the last resort.

  Belle prestation incluant le petit déjeuner dans un restaurant à l'ambiance cosy. L'appartement, en soi, est calme, propre et convient bien pour se reposer et prendre ses repas quand bien-même un petit rafraîchissement le mettrait au goût du jour. La climatisation fonctionne bien et est appréciable. La télévision propose plusieurs dizaines de programmes, y compris en français (TF1, FR2, Arte). La wifi est performante. L'accès à la piscine et au vaste fitness sont facilités, sur simple demande. Les collaborateurs de cet établissement sont aimables et très serviables. Le service de transfert, de et vers l'aéroport, est très appréciable et épargne de bien des difficultés comparé aux taxis. Bliss 3000 est situé dans un quartier très animé de Beyrouth, a proximité immédiate de la célèbre université américaine (qu'il faut visiter), mais aussi de très nombreux restaurants ou supérettes. Dix petites minutes de marche mènent sur la corniche.

  We stayed 3 weeks in this hotel. We loved our stay in this place: staff is very friendly, breakfast is good (lebanese and european style), rooms are large. Our only concern during this 3 weeks was the internet connection. It's slow (40-50ko/s) and shared among all customers. It's enough for send photos to your social medias, but not enough to watch a Youtube Video with a good quality. I think it's the same situation in all hotels.
  Definitely, we'll take this hotel on our next trip to Beirut.
  
  For information, there is a laundry service: you fill a bag with your clothes and they wash it for 10$.

  Very homely, extremely friendly staff and clean accommodation , very quite street yet in center of bustling Hamra District. Thumbs up for Bliss 3000!
