  The hotel is very nice and full of rich history. The bathrooms are large, many rooms have views of the bay, and the building has one of the oldest elevators still in operation. There are many shops in the hotel and nearby, so it's also just a great place to hang out, even if you're not staying overnight.

  simply the best in the area,I think there is a good improvement after the
  renovation,the manage rand the staff are the best, i have tried many hotels in hamra and nothing convinced me like this hotel and the staff

  I had the worst experience there! I stayed at the hotel for a month! Aside from the issues that happened like a broken AC 3 times and flooded restrooms when I shower and the fact that they never left me towels at my room. It gets worse. My suit was hanging in the closet and then went missing. I tried speaking to the manager about it he was not available. What kind of hotel does not have a manager on duty at 1 in the afternoon? Then when they called him he said he'd look at the cameras and call me back. He didn't call me back. So I tried calling back and the reception told he he left and his phone is off and they can't get to him. That happened 3-4 times. And till today they refuse to help me with this issue. So my advice. Do not stay at this hotel!
