I just checked out of the hotel. Mr. Zain and Mr. Chourab were most of the time at the front desk of the hotel. Since it was the first time I came to Lebanon, i had many questions about almost everything These guys, and also all the other staff did a marvelous job helping me and for what I've seen other guests. For help, for a laugh, let's say: for a good, clean and reasonable price, choosing this hotel is a no-brainer. Thanks, you helped my stay even more pleasant.

Decent place. Courteous staff. Small rooms and a little hard to locate. But great location. Not an early start place. But that's true of the entire arab world.

اسوء اوتيل على الاطلاق خصوصا وقاحة الموظف حسين حيث قام باستعجالنا للخروج من الفندق. الامر الأخر انه لا يوجد ماء في الفندق علما اننا قمنا بحجز 3 ليالي ولم يقوموا باحضار الماء. كانت المرة الاولى والاخيرة في هذا الفندق العفن

My husband and I visited during a vacation celebrating his birthday and this turned out to be the worst experience of our lives as far as staying in a hotel is concerned. We have always stayed in a 4 star or above so we booked this assuming its a decent 4 star, but i feel that was the worst decision we made by trusting reviews on tripadvisor. Its not even a star hotel! Thay had our passports so knew it was my husband birthday.
Forget about making our day special they didnt even wish him. The icing on the cake was the checkout_rude behaviour by the stff named hussein worst person to deal with. He was rude and unapologetic when confornted about being rude . He was the worst person to deal with. Im keeping this short by not getting into details as i dont want to spoil our last day.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, the worst hotel I have ever been too. Very very dirty, and very poor service. I have booked a Royal suite and paid $300 per night, and was very dirty, very poor net connection, the jacuzzi does not work, the shower is too dirty and it's leaking. Furniture is very old and dirty. It is nothing like what I saw online. They don't honour their policy that they have on line. They made me pay two nights penalty because I checked out early. Their policy on line says a two nights notice you don't pay any penalty if you check out early, they did not honour this policy. Everything was terrible and bad and dirty. On line it says four star hotel, I won't give a half star for this filthy hotel. I would not recommended for anyone. The worst hotel in the world.
