fornutire from the 90s, carpet not very clean, tv did not work, we were upgraded from a junior suit to a king suite and that was nice but at the end even the upgrade did not compensate the feeling of this hotel.
Great location, amazing staff, rooms are good for the value you pay.. service is good.
I found a lot of things I liked about the hotel but there were a few setbacks.
☆Advantages:
•Spacious Rooms
•Flat Screen Tv: loaded with channels for Arab,
English and even French Speakers
•Fair Mini Bar Prices: Not as expensive as other hotels with a beer costing about 7000 Lebanese Liras. About $4.6
•Great service and staff: Friendly and give you a sense of hospitality.
•Coffee Machine in the room: easy to use Nespresso Machine
•Great Location in Hamra Street surrounded by exchanges supermarkets and Brand Shops like American Eagle, Max, H&M etc It's in the downtown area which also offers access to numerous locations.
•Good Bathrooms : Clean numerous Towels, nice toilet paper and Incredible water pressure was one of the best things in the stay.
•Value for money: it cost about $60 per Superior Double Room which is decent considering it's a four star hotel in beirut downtown area.
☆Disadvantages:
•No views
•Narrow street entrance
•Breakfast has very limited choices
•Bar closes at 12:00 AM (there are other bars around though)
Overall it was a good stay with nice value for money with just a few tweaks this hotel might become one of the best hotels in Beirut for it's category.
Very good value for money.Hight room standards.Excellent location
The cheapest hotel I could find in Hamra area. The rooms are clean and quite remarkable for the price. I would visit again if I had the chance. Crepeaway is connected to the hotel from the lobby. The room service is what you expect from a hotel this cheap and the hotel food is good. Just don't try the breakfast. The only issue I found in the rooms is that the windows don't open!
Great strategic location and friendly staff
Untidy, unclean, not a good breakfast. I stayed there with my team last time on an official trip, every one reported broken bathroom with cloaged drain pipe making it impossible to shower.
Not the best experience. So much humidity in the room. Bit old. But generally nice.
A 2 star hitel at best and please avoid breakfast at all costs
I slept there for 1 night. Bad service. No internet or very bad connection.
Smell in the room, very poor breakfast, mosquitoes at night, and slow response, no parking slot, even if you want to pick up or drop someone you have to stop in the middle of the street and on top of all expensive for this kind of quality
The hotel Amenities are good for a 4 stars hotel , they provide irons , nespresso machine in the room. no free parking available.
Very good and central location. Supermarket, shops and bars in walking distance. The WiFi is patchy sometimes. Rooms to the street have a balcony.
Nice hotel. Very central with friendly staff. Good sized rooms. Clean bathrooms with good showers. Tv on the wall. In the lobby they have good wifi and I managed to pick it up on the 5th floor too. I would stay again.
Good for a weekend stay but not more than that.
Reasonable prices, bad breakfast options and poor mini-fridge.
Great rooms and confortable beds
Dirty and worn out. Broken shower and roaches everywhere.
The WIFI is not the best.
Hassle free
Good
One of the worst hotels I stayed in. The bathroom lamp was dripping water! The tub was clogged. And they didn't try to even fix it properly.
The worst "Welcome" I've ever seen from a receptionist staff. I do prefer and advise them to do anything other than being a receptionist talking in that non-respectful way and using cheap words.
It was on the 13th of May 2016 at around 11 am.
