I just called the Hotel for booking reconfirmation, and i didn't have a chance to get the name of that RUDE GUY in the reservations, he told me that i have no rights to call in the hotel and i was advised no to call back again!!!! he's rude. i don't think he is suitable with that job. shame on you

Excellent 4 star hotel. Reasonable prices for what it is. They upgraded us to a junior suite without us asking, and the includes breakfast was tasty. Great location walkable to everything in Hamra, but quiet for sleeping.
Our only negative comment is that the walls in our room have a scuff mark or two but otherwise are comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

WH hotel is a nice place to stay in beirut, it is unique and comfortable in the famous Hamra st. Which is about 12 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes walking to the alrousha beach.

Pros: Nice hotel located in a quiet area right next to Hamra area. The staff is friendly especially the valet parking personnel. Breakfast is okay too.
Cons: we clearly said that we wanted non smoking rooms, but we got smelly rooms. Also, one of the rooms we got had two beds although we wanted a single king size bed, there was only one person in that room. When telling management about the issues they said the rooms were full.

The location was very good, near the Hamra street and is located in quite area. Fast check-in and friendly front desk staff

The check-out process is slow as they've to check if there's any damage or I consumed anything from the mini bar which I didn't encounter with any other hotel I stayed in Beirut, they simply ask if I took anything. Also, They need to place a desk-lamp as the lights are not bright.

Very good hotel for short stays, especially if you want to stay close to Hamra area! The only issue that the management needs to consider is the fact that they only have one electrical plug in each room (I've stayed there several times in different rooms), and it is located right behind the bed, so very inconvenient. Otherwise, staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is nice!

Clean, good prices, lovely service. Well located, being just a minute away from Hamra and all its restaurants/bars/clubs. The standard rooms are spacious and quite luxurious, but nothing special.
