the view from the rooms is amazing, in the morning you will wake up watching the wonderful sea. the fornitures of the standard room we have booked are nice, separated toilette (with bidet!) from the shower cabin, a big bed and a sofa. valet parking available. the best thing is for sure the breakfast, you will find all the Lebanese ingredients and also the continental breakfast is available.

My husband and I stayed here for two night while being in Lebanon. The first night we tried to go to sleep around 10pm and we couldn't because the neighbors 2 rooms down from us kept slamming their doors and yelling and talking very loud. We contacted the front desk and they sent someone to check. It stopped for about 10 minutes then continued. Right as we were falling asleep another door slammed. I finally had it and went to the front desk and told them it was still happening. The gentleman there was very nice and accommodating and moved us for that night with no problem. The next day we spoke to the manager asking her if it continued tonight what were our options. She then said the hotel was booked and couldn't do anything. We go about our day and come back at 8pm and there was loud talking but it was still pretty early. The stopping talks and within a few minutes there is loud music playing from the ground floor and we can hear it loud from the second floor. The music didn't stop until almost midnight and at 6am people woke us up with door slammings and talking loudly. I went to tell the front desk we were not happy with our stay and the agent tells me I should have called last night because they were going to move us to a different room. How could they move us if the hotel was "booked" according to the manager. I told the agent that the neighbors were loud and she said nobody was next to us but we both saw them go into that room. She then said they just checked out. This place is a mess. It seems like nobody wanted to help us except the guy from the first night. The manager made it seem like we were lying the whole time. The only things good about this place is the location and the breakfast. It is beautiful inside but the hospitality is not the greatest. I expected more from these Lebanese people. They are known for hospitality but not here I guess. We wouldn't spend another penny here.

Great place by the sea. Beautiful place with the seaside out front and a beautiful little city at your back. Great restaurants and wonderful places to walk. The hotel has good sized rooms with a few nice touches. There are several comfortable places to hang out, the breakfast is nice and the dining is good.
