We were invited for a wedding party in byblos , we stayed for 3 nights in this hotel , the location is very special, close to the citadel, the old port and the old market zone which is full of restaurants and coffee shops, price is affordable, stuff is very welcoming and smiling all the time, the son of the hotel owner was making sure every morning that the breakfast is ok and all the guests are satisfied, please.. don't leave your money or valuable stuff in the rooms unattended, you must put them in the safe .. Please..
TL;DR Clean room, friendly staff, varied breakfast, and excellent location.
I checked in within less than 5 minutes. I was given the RFID key to the room and the WiFi password. The room was very clean with a large bed and 4 pillows. The AC was easy to use and worked quite well. I took a shower then and all necessary things were there (hot water, toiletries, towels)
The mattress was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Breakfast was ample and varied. Cornflakes, juices, tea, coffee and milk, croaissants, jams, vegetables, deli meats, lebanese yogurt, fava beans
The overall ambience is very cozy with primal elements to remind you that you are staying in the oldest inhabited city in the world.
The best hotel in jbeil
Nice location, very nice team, very bad WIFI
Decent hotel ,nice location close to the old souq and the citadel and good service.
Great service, and charming hotel
It's in the center of Byblos City. Good hygiene. Good customer service.
Really friendly staff.
Although it is right in front of the motorway, the rooms are completely quiet, plus they are big and have comfortable beds. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. The hotel is very close to the tourist attractions, like a 5 min walk. Would totally recommend.
This place is very handy, specially the location. The breakfast was good.
Great choice for a short stay in Byblos. The location is close to most of the sites. The rooms are modern, staff is friendly and room rate includes breakfast. Scrambled + hard boiled Eggs, a variety of cereal, toast, juice, Lebanese pastry, coffee and tea. Wifi was pretty good. Fast enough to check email and slowly post pics in the room. I would go back 👍
Nice n friendly. U can have turkish coffee

Overall, Not a 5 star but deserves 5 stars due to the great service. Christine checked us in quickly and accommodated a free room upgrade. After checking in and putting our bags in the rooms, we came back down for info. Christine and Joe gave us loads of useful tips for Byblos and beyond. Even though I bugged them both plenty of times, they always responded with a beautiful smile and answered with pleasure. Mona and George rose to the occasion the next day. Mona was just as pleasant as Christine and just as helpful. She allowed us an extra hour for checkout and helped with taking great photos for us. She also offered us a well needed coffee on the way out.
In summary, I would would give the hotel 3.5 Stars because of the view and breakfast. But Christine and Mona made it a 5 star rating.
