Great relaxing place to stay. Friendly people. One the best places we stayed in Lebanon. Booked in advance and got a really good deal.

This hotel was recommended by a friend. we stayed for 3 days in Faraya village club and had a really good time. plenty of entertainment for the kids ( table tennis, baby football, and swings ) the walks in the area are incredible. Hotel service was fantastic ( we got spa and massage included in our package { very relaxing), rooms are clean, staff very friendly specially Elise at the reception. thank you

stayed for 2 days and everything was near enough to perfect. Nice weather , very quiet and relaxing place surrounded by mountains from all sides. the rooms are clean and the service is fantastic,. we used the gym and they do have massage facility. The pool is not filled up yet but the sitting area around has lovely views. Hope that we will come back on day in the summer to be able to chill near the pool.

I like the warm apartment with snow mountain view, with the rustic decoration and the chimney.
Nice and friendly staff, in two minutes they give us lot of informations about the resort and about the indoor and outdoors activities, they offer us 50% discount on the massage.i love the jacuzzi with the snow mountain view. The massage is really relaxing after a skiing day. They have a nice sauna and steam bath. I ll come back again next summer.

nice food and lovely staff.
they have a nice SPA Sauna, Steam and Jacuzzi.

Beautiful location,very friendly and attentive staff, good food and nice ambience. Wonderful surroundings.

its perfect hotel for family guest and couple.
An amazing spa. Great facilities, clean and well run. The warm jacuzzi have a views of the mountains looking towards Faraya. Sauna and steam rooms are perfect after a day's skiing. Massage is perfect also thanks for Jonabel.

Wonderful place
We spent the Christmas eve at Faraya Village Club we order a romantic cheese and wine it was so delicious we loved the chimney and the view from the balcony watching the snow was falling. many thanks for the stuff they made our Christmas eve memorable.

Nice Place, good service, clean and warm rooms, they turn on the chimney for us, we spent a romantic night, wonderful view from the balcony, the snow is falling, beginning of December first snow for the season, i really loved sitting in the hot Jacuzzi and watching the snow falling outside.
we did a relaxing massage it's perfect.

The hotel is over priced for what it is, the rooms are very dark, no mountain view or view of anykind exept the ugly generator and the bad smoke it makes, photos are much better than reality, the rooms had a strange mold like odor, plus the furniture and decoration is very cheap and old, the place is not so bad but defenitly not a 4 star hotel and sure not worth 190 dollars per night, i would max pay 90 dollars for such a stay,spcially because its far.
next to the slopes in farayya or faqra where its more happening its nicer cheaper and closer to the attractions.

Conclusion : NOT RECCOMENDED

The view, the pool, and the area are extremely nice; however, there were minor inconveniences throughout our time here.

The fridge doesn't work and the front desk is not responsive at all. Especially since we had food that ended up going very bad AND it's the middle of summer (couldn't refrigerate our water).

There is absolutely no A/C in the room, which wasn't too horrible with the door open. but if you open the door, be prepared to wake up at 7 am to the sound of construction riiiiiiight outside of your window (see photo)

None of the outlets work to charge your phone so my fiancé and I were stuck sharing a charger that we had to keep in the bathroom.

In the bathroom, the shower head was broken and you couldn't attach it to the top in order to shower. While also the soap dispensers were broken to the point where only one worked, but it would release drops after pumping 30 times.

All of these aren't such a big deal; however, they're such minor fixes that wouldn't take long, yet the property doesn't want to fix - which says a lot.

The only major issue we had was with the front desk. I cut myself very badly and they didn't even have a first aid! What kind of business is that? Also, we had asked for extra pillows, but staff did not even bother with sending them. When my fiancé asked, the front desk just brushed him off and said "yeah, yeah" and then never sent anything. In addition, we had a deal to get a one hour massage - which I was trying to schedule an appointment for beforehand - but front desk had told me "don't worry about it, just call 30 minutes before." I did as they said and went down to schedule ONE hour before even. However, when I got down they were booked for the next 2 hours. I told the woman that she had told me to wait 30 minutes before and her response was just, "well - it looks like it's booked." Now we are booked past check out, past the time we want to stay here due to schedule conflict, and they have made it a HUGE inconvenience for us.

Nice place to stay at, really cozy atmosphere , most of the staff was really nice. They were nice enough to call us up that we forgot few items in the closet and they will keep them in a locker to pick it whenever we could. Thanks!

I initially visited this place when they first opened. They were still getting their act together but the service was very friendly and nice and the location convenient away from the crowded slopes but still very close from the winter resorts. Since then the place has evolved and my subsequent visits were more satisfying.
Their pricing also has increased but that is normal for any business once they become more established.
This place can be a good choice for a weekend on the slopes or escaping the heat of the city.
