I visited twice the ambiance was nice; the pool is clean and the kids enjoy the playground. Not recommended for single ppl with no kids. Its more for families. The snack is expensive

The pools are nice and large, the kids usually have fun at the pool, on the other hand the rooms are becoming old and needs renovation, Air conditioning unit in our bedroom was very noisy.
They need definitely to train some of their receptionist to smile, the parking is very expensive you have to pay each time you leave the hotel, unless you stay more than one night..this what explained to us the receptionist.
Finally the breakfast is very basic more varieties should be added to meet the 4 stars level

What a shame! We stayed about 10 days this summer at Portemilio Hotel. The room service was horrible. Every time the room was cleaned something was missing. Either towels or soap or coffee were not replaced and we had to call to get them. The worst part is that our camera and camcorder were stolen from the room and the administration said they can not do anything about it. We learned from friends of us that their jewelry were also stolen from Portemilio !

we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It's a very high end hotel and really one of the best five stars resorts in lebanon. Fantastic place and suits everyone. full of green, wonderful pools.
My room was very comfortable, the maids ensured that it was immaculate on a daily basis. The receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful. The indoor pool was true to photographs large, clean and warm too. I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel specially when we asked for extra service,they were able to arrange everything
I HIGHLY recommend the Portemilio Hotel and Resort to stay !!!
