Vatsana was lovely and picked us up from the slow boat port, drove us up the hill with all our stuff, and offered to make us breakfast and lunch for a fee. For only £2.50 each night me and my three friends thouh it sounded too good to be true. When we arrived we found out the 'room for three' was in fact a kingsize bed. Apart from that it was clean and exactly what we need for a one night stop for thw slow boat. Would reccommend!

An okay place to stay for one night but not a nice place. Accomodation in Pakbeng isnt great overall so I suppose this is average.
Cost was 40000 kip for a private bed (double bed for 1 person) with a fan and shared bathroom.
Sheets seemed unwashed, walls were thin, wooden and had alot of insects on them. I was stung by mosquitos quite a bit during the night.response / report this review
