Great choice in Luang Prabang! Not in the center, but short walking distance to everything. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and staff was very attentive and helpful. One of the best stays we had in SEA. Calm and quiet neighborhood with a great flowery smell all around.

The only place at Luang Prabang that I feel is not overpriced.
Pros:
- very friendly and helpful staff (basically they are not locals, that's why)
- good price at the reception desk: 20-25$.
- veeeery clean. You need to take out shoes at the entrance of the building.
- fridge, kettle, aircon in the room.
- good and simple breakfast.
- normal wifi.
Cons:
- little bit shabby.
- male chicken at the neighborhood is really noisy. It's time to make a good chicken soop.response / report this review -

They offered us one room at second floor for 20 dollars without balcony, another room with balcony face the road was 25 dollars.
+ The room was very quiet, clean and they cleaned our room almost everyday. Breakfast with drinks at public balcony everyday for free 7-10am. Internet normal speed.
- Toilet wet after shower and pillow too high.
This place located at quiet road, 10min walk to center, we stayed for one week and we recommend here as a budget hotel.response / report this review -

My wife and I stayed at Singharat for six nights over Tet Holiday. The room was small, as was the bathroom, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The best, though, was having a balcony overlooking the street. Each morning, we would make our coffee and sit on the balcony, enjoying the sunrise. After our coffee, the hotel staff would arrive to take our breakfast order. We always had the banana pancakes (awesome!) with a side plate of fruit, freshly made mango smoothie, and coffee. Just amazing. The hotel is quiet, located on a small side street. An ATM is right up the street (200 feet). The hotel is but 6-7 minute walk from the night market and city center. The hotel staff was amazing; they went the extra mile in making sure our stay was comfortable, even having the air conditioner repaired over Tet holiday. We can't say enough. A great guesthouse, in a great location, offering a relaxing experience at a good price.

Amazing guest house and very friendly and courteous staff. the rooms are clean and big, beds comfortable, bathroom big and clean with hot water shower and good water pressure. Have a laundry service, money exchange and bicycle/scooter rental also. The wifi connectivity is excellent with good speed. Their breakfast is huuge- tea/ coffee, fruits and pancakes or eggs. And when you're back from a long day of sightseeing, you get a drink to cool down! Such a nice place to stay, I highly recommend it!

Cannot find fault with this guest house in any way. If We ever come back to Luang Prabang we will stay here again. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean. Service to the airport when we left.

Booked for two nights but ended up staying 5. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The hotel is a little older but appeared well maintained. The bathroom in our first room was in better shape, but both were clean.
Breakfast was okay, if you like eggs or pancakes. We were given a lovely juice to refresh when we returned from sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always pleasant. Free bikes.
The reason only 4 stars is that randomly staff were in our room. This was after they had already been in to clean. We had several times where we had left, once leaving the ceiling fan on, only to come back and find it turned off or the AC off. When we were sitting in the late afternoon, the they just opened the door and made to walk in. Apologies were made but we've never had this anywhere else. We didn't have concerns with things missing, it just odd and made it a little uncomfortable since you just never knew.response / report this review -

Great place to stay. The only place we stayed in town that has good Wi-Fi, including all the cafes we visited. Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional cleanliness in and out of the rooms. Good location in walking distance to town. Quiet rooms and patrons. You should definitely stay here.

Very clean guest house. Staff were very friendly. Free bike rental.
My only issue was that our room had a balcony/patio (ground floor) but it protruded out into the reception area and so we had to keep our patio door curtains closed all the time because other guests kept staring straight into our room when walking into reception. Think out room was the only one with this problem and would still recommend.
Also breakfast was decent, though if you order the cereal with fruit option be sure to ask for them in a separate bowl or you'll get a bowl of fruit with a ridiculously tiny sprinkling of cornflakes on top!response / report this review -

Great guesthouse with lovely staff and comfy, clean rooms. We were given free smoothies every we returned from a walk through the city. The included breakfast was great too.

- No mosquito nets on window and also no glas inside windows => lot of mosquitos
It's located a bit outside of center, but just 10 min walk.

Highly recommend this one! Was our favourite stay in Laos. Staff is very friendly and greet you with a fruit plate. Rooms are very clean, and well air conditioned. Breakfast is also included and was good. Try the watermelon shake, I could live off of those! They booked a bus for us, which included tuktuk to the bus station, they made sure we were on time and knew everything we needed to know before sending us on our way. Would definitely book here again!

The house is clean and service is really impressive
