The WiFi is poor in the dorms, the toilets and showers are clean, the breakfast is simple for vegetarians only egg with bread and coffee; but is cheap and I found excellent price for minivan 140000 skip to Vientiane.

Really good value for the price, dorms are good and comfy and theres good wifi and power plugs near every bed. Erfect for backpackers

The main level room was great. The next day they woke me up to move me. They put me downstairs next to the hostel. Every time someone used the water it was super LOUD. The Internet only worked if I stood by the door, the shower sprayed water everywhere. And the outlet by the bed didn't work. The staff couldn't move me and wouldn't bother the owner, but suggested I leave a bad review. A lot of good that does for my stay. Included breakfast was very good and the staff might not be helpful, but they are friendly. Also the room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable.
If I had stayed in the first room this would be a completely different review. Really poor customer service.response / report this review -

Clean but only 4 showers and 4 toilets for both the dorm rooms. In a big group this made our wait a long one!

Avoid the dormitory ! A/C was not working, and the staff (who does not speak english) did nothing about it, electrical outlets were broken and no lightbulb either. The bathroom was not clean. Beds are hard but ok, breakfast is good but this is the only reademing quality. Location is also not good. Go somewhere else and for 10,000 kip more you will be much more happy.

No wifi in the room. Good bed, clean bathroom, 4 options of breakfast (simple but nice), AC works fine and helpfull staff.
