Only had food here, it's the only place in Nahin with a western menu. Recommended!
Nice, clean rooms (stayed in two different 5-bed dorms) with ensuite bathroom/bathrooms, fans and towels for 25k kip/bed. The woman running it was very nice and the food was good. Stayed one night att first, but returned for a second night after visiting the Kong Lor Cave. We didn't need to book in advance.
The guest house has a welcoming feel to the place, the woman running the place spoke great english and helped us the best she could seeing as we wanted a christmas eve to remember. This isn't a party guesthouse by any means, but she let us celebrate considering the date. The food / rooms / toilets and bathrooms are all nice here. The village is small so beware there isn't much to do here in the evenings!
Nice rooms. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the AC as you don't need it in the dry season. Food is good. The owner speaks English well & is very helpful. If you're travelling around, it's better to stay in Na Hin & do a day trip to Kong Lor Cave.
Saubere Zimmer mit kuscheligem Bett und Warmwasser! Hervorragendes Essen, insbesondere der Schokobrownie sehr lecker!!!!
The staff was extremely welcoming and they really spoke english.the room was nice and clean for 5 puonds per night only!!!the food was good especially pancakes for breakfast. Definitely the best guest house I stopped during the loop. Only con the WiFi wasn't very powerful
The Sanhak Guesthouse is one of the best accommodation choices on the Thakhek Loop trip. The air-conditioned rooms are very comfortable, with hot water showers. A nice ambiance in the restaurant area as travelers talk about their experiences on the loop trip. A good choice of Lao and western food. The WIFI is free but a bit slow in the evenings.
