We made the afternoon cruise: took around 2 hours, but we were only 8-10 people, so, the boat was almost empty. Super confortable, cocktail included, so relaxing and beautiful, one of the highlights of our stay in Luang Prabang.

Best place for watching the sunset on the Mekong river! Great views, cheap and generous cocktails, handsome and friendly bartenders! You can not miss this tiny place: at night it is lit with dozen of multicolor vietnamese lanterns!

We just went on the cruise, didn't hang in the bar or eat. The cruise was quite nice, nice quiet boat and pleasant ride. Good drinks, too. 85000kip per person.

Currently 85k per person with one drink for free. Or free trip if you wish to give blood instead of payment but BBQ is NOT FREE at 10k per skewer, wish the fact that food was not included would have been mentioned.

Great sunset cruise, with drinks and some chicken skewers served.
Nice to see the people going about their business on the shores of the Mekong, from watering little plantations to kids playing football games on the banks.
Buying tickets direct at the location looked cheaper that via one of the online travel agents (although you might also not want to leave buying until the last minute).response / report this review -

Really enjoyed the sun set cruise. The boat was very comfortable and it was a pleasant 2 hours spent relaxing on the river watching the stunning scenery change as the sun set. One cocktail is included in the ticket price and susquent cocktails are reasonably priced. The skewers are just a snack, so plan to eat afterwards. If you're vegetarian let them know when you buy your ticket in advance, and they'll make a veggie skewer specially for you.

Totally chilled experience. The people running it are European. For 65k kip (at the time of writing), you get two hours cruising lazily up and down the mekong, with a (very tasty) cocktail included. You can buy more booze on the boat for a reasonable price, and the chicken / vegetable skewers take the edge off. It's only a snack though, so plan to eat once the cruise is over!

Empfehlenswertes Restaurant an der Mekongpromenade ist Luang Prabang. Es bietet eine große Auswahl an lokalen Spezialitäten. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der frittierte Seetang mit Sesam! Die Getränke und das Essen haben gute Preise.

사장님 친절하시고 외국인이라 영어 잘하세요. 식사마치고 나와서 보니 메콩강변 따라 쭉 야외 식당있더라구요. 그래도 여기가 제일 괜찮았어요!!

Experiencia genial e imprescindible en Luang Prabang. Un 10 a la atención, el servicio y el crucero. Te ofrecen un mojito gratis y luego hay brochetas de pollo, muy ricas, para picar algo. La música ameniza muy bien la experiencia de ver el atardecer desde el barco.
