Great place. As mentioned below, the 100,000 kip VIP room is a great deal. Large, clean, comfortable. Excellent, fast internet. No food on the premises, but if you go south just a bit on highway 1E, there’s a new minimart at the intersection with the road that goes to Vietnam. Also, if you turn east on the road toward Vietnam and go just a short distance, there’s a restaurant on the right side called the “U (you) Turn Restaurant”, which I recommend. The pork laap there is excellent.

Clean and tidy rooms. We went for the VIP option for 100000k - a bit bigger. No on site food options, but noodly soup place just N up the road AND glory be to wheat flour a bakery that sells the most glorious mini baguettes. Get there at 7.30am and you can have them straight out the oven. Yum yum yum

Big backyard, where the rooms are scattered around, together with several trees and palms and covered places to sit around.

For 60000 kip a night, we got a nice spacious room in a two rooms wooden cottage with an attached bathroom and ceiling fan (and AC, which we actually didn't ask for). Free water refill and parking available. Towels were provided.

The only con is wifi, which is apparently included in the price of the most expensive room only (100000). Otherwise good accommodation for good price.
