540 m high - cold area. Very nice family. Nice hut but cold. Good food. Beautifully situated. Good bed and pillow. Hot water shower😙👍🏽

Nice place to stay, beds were comfortable and fan was enough to keep cool. Shower was hot and bathroom spacious. Food was good but service was slow and not all meals came out at once. Rooms are 120,000 and WiFi is very good.

I really enjoyed my stay. There are multiple fires to be warm, there is good affordable food, and you get as many blankets as you need. The owner is so nice and kind. You won't regret staying here! A good place to find more for your group.

Very decent place with nice little bungalows and the place to go if you are not into backpackers and their guitars. Food fine but took a while primarily because the owner was rushed off her feet and looking after her children. So can be forgiven for that! If you want a bungalow though don’t rock up after 4 and expect to get one..

French viennoieseries on the artificial lake, good staff and nice location for sunrise/sunset. Shakes are good, owner really reliable.

Nice small bungalows on the waterfront. Although very simple, there is hot shower. Veranda. Wifi only at the registration cq. restaurant area. Nice menu. Good food.

Best Guesthouse in Thalang. Beautiful, new, double bed bungalows for 60 000 Kip. The owners were very friendly, food was delicious and the scenery is beautiful. You can meet new people around the campfire. Would always stay there again.

Very friendly staff, good food and cheap rooms. The homestay is really cheap but has some hard matrasses. If you don't like this try to get an bungalow. Amazing view nearby with sunset.

Easily the best place to stay at Thalang. Just before the bridge on the main road through Thalang coming from Thakek. Hard marketing by Sabaidee guest house means it has more visitors, but they're missing out. Lovely rooms and great views of the lagoon
, where it's great to swim off their pontoon, and fabulous food. The hosts are wonderful, friendly and helpful, and most speak good English. You won't be disapponted if you choose to stay here.response / report this review -

Wonderful place! You get our own bungalow with a western toilet and shower. As you expect, not the cleanest and cold water showers. But you get a mosquito net, a big bed, a fan, and a nice hammock outside. Locked gate for your motorbike. View of the water. WIFI was awesome. One star docked because the food was a bit on the pricey side but it was delicious. Otherwise, totally great, would recommend.

Delightful place to stay. Quiet and friendly, clean bungalow apart from linen (typically never changed in the cheap guesthouses) Food here is some of the best I've had in Laos, fresh and great setting to eat. Excellent wifi. Highly recommend from a solo loop rider.

This place could use a lick of paint. The food is authentic Lao cuisine with many fun choices. They can also organize great boat tours into the protected area (bring sunscreen and a hat)
