Really not nice. It's the only guesthouse we found in this area. We stayed in the wood bungalow for 50k kip. Not sure the bed sheets had been changed. Bin full from the previous guests. No hot water. One window broken so mosquitoes and other insects coming in. Karaoke going on until late and was so noisy and hard to fall asleep. To finish the worst mattress we got in one month in Laos. I didn't sleep at all.

Ok place to stop for a cheap night if needed. Room was dark and bed wasn’t that comfortable. No food locally and staff were a bit blunt. Only cost 80,000 for one night though so get what you pay for.
