Very nice room, seems practically new, in a good location. Very good breakfast. Nice service.

Accomodations clean, hot water showers, environment pleasant and quiet; Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly, english speaking; Good place to come back to and crash and relax, or just to laze around on the verandah, watching the world go by.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was ideally set up for our needs. We rose each morning for the monks’ alms with the monks walking on the road right outside the gate: Very helpful ladies with businesses right outside the gate providing good quality offerings for the monks.

Great hotel - quiet street (roosters notwithstanding) that's on the monks' morning route. Breakfast is fine but focused on Western stuff, so better off going out if you want more local or customizable options. Staff are helpful and quick, and rooms are beautiful. Hotel, like the city itself, is serene and charming.

Less than 5 minute walk to the night market.
