  Great location and wonderful service from staff. The hotel is located at the main road. Just few mins away from the night market, temples, a small mountain where you get 360 view. You can borrow bicycle from the hotel to get around the city. The hotel helped book our tours and they made sure tours pick us up. The staffs always go for extra mile and they make sure you get the great service. Will stay again at this hotel next time at luang prabang.

  The location of hotel is perfect, we’ve just took free bicycles for day tours around the city center for explored Royal Palace, Temples and Foods. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They explained in details what to see, where to eat and how to get there. If you are looking for day tour by Van to waterfalls or Sunset Cruise in the evening, they can suggest for you.
  Breakfast was great and variety of food and Restaurant also great for lunch. Welcome drink with snack was so lovely decoration and good taste. Everything is just perfect. Nothing more that I could ask for. We definitely would come back again to this hotel.

  Quiet but solid menu makes this a good choice for traditional Lao dinner. Price is moderate, but value is high and staff delivered very professional, quality service. Venue is very attractive, too.

  Our room was simple but clean. It was overlooking the main road but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the service, be it the front desk, spa and even the restaurant. Everyone was just so accommodating and was constantly checking that you were settled in comfortably, or if the food was good.
  
  The breakfast spread was sufficient. The pool was clean. I'm guessing it was low season so we mostly had the hotel to ourselves. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk away from the night Market where you can get food. Bicycles are provided if you want to go further into town.

  Tanto el hotel como el personal son increíbles, pasamos 5 días como en casa!! Sin duda repetiré el hotel la próxima vez que vaya! La directora es muy enrollada y simpática, vamos buena gente una tía que le gusta lo que hace e incluso de ríe con mis chistes, además conoce los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad donde cenar como un rey.
