Nice swimming pool with great sunset view and cocktails! Just that the bathroom heater is out of control, sometimes it gets too hot even it has been adjusted.

We just stayed here for a week and we loved it! The staff were amazing and friendly. They were very accommodating. The only thing was the food and cocktails were very expensive compared to other places in Luang Prabang. The pool is great and the views are absolutely amazing. If you are looking in this price range, this is definitely the place to stay. Internet is average at best, we needed a new wifi password every night. If we were to go back we would stay again.

From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and attentive, opened the door for me and came out with an umbrella (it was downpouring with rain).

They were always helpful and accommodating for any request I had. On my final day they organised for me to have breakfast on my balcony so I could enjoy the amazing view.

The spa also accommodated me having one of their bath treatments from the privacy of my own bath. Vansy is an amazing masseuse and the spa manager Chareenat remembered who I was and always said hello.

Any problems I had were quickly rectified with a smile and an apology. Do yourself a favour and if you stay, pay the money for a suite - the view is superb!

Yes it is a little further from the centre of town but there’s a free shuttle at night and wherever you want during the day. Thank you for a beautiful relaxing stay.

Super friendly staff who gave me VIP treatment. Beautiful infinity pool and fantastic food whether it's the breakfast included or lunch. Had an awesome steam and candle wax too at the spa. Give it a try.

We had more than a pleasant stay in the Kiridara's hotel. We were there from 17th to 21st Avril 2017.
The architecture is singular, design, unique and charming. The view is so beautiful and the surrounding is peaceful with a luxurious vegetation.
The room is also design, clean with comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom.
The hotel's staff is lovely and helpful.
Believe me, it's a piece of paradise! The location is 5 minutes from downtown, schuttle bus of the hotel in easily available.
Finally the price/performance ratio is good!

the view is very wonderful! when i swim at the pool, a masseuse gave me a relaxing massage service for 5m. it was good. if i would go luangprabang one more time, i will choose this hotel again.

The view is magnificent of both mt phousi and the sunset. While the location is a little bit away from downtown luang prabang, they offer free on demand shuttle service. There's also a $10 per room airport shuttle service. If you book online through a 3rd party you will likely not get the free breakfast but honestly it's the way to go. The breakfast buffet is very limited and they charge 120,000 per person for it. We opted for room service of a select few items and spent half that. I'd advise against the American fare for room service. The burger was just OK but the fish and chips were more like fish sticks with a very bland tarter sauce. The fries however were surprisingly good. Some drawbacks were the shower being a depressingly dim lit tan color with a rough textured floor, the TV cabinet being very difficult to open to get to the mini bar, and no movie service on the TV. Also our rooms roof made a loud dripping noise when it rained so you might consider avoiding room 5. So it could use a little touching up but overall it's a great place for the price and the staff were very nice and helpful.

I'm only able to rate the swimming pool as I have a membership to use it as a local expat. The pool is excellent and we'll maintained. Seating may be a little limited at times but the view from being up the side of a hill makes it worthwhile. Drinks are available at a premium.

The atmosphere at this hotel is absolutely wonderful. As it's not located in the historic city center, you can relax after sight-seeing by the crisp infinity pool. The staff are friendly and most accommodating. Well-equipped modern rooms with the most comfortable beds ever. Very good breakfast included. Excellent complimentary transportation for the otherwise 10 minute walk into the historic center.
