Rooms are big, good size bedroom with good hot shower. 5 minutes walk to the night market We had the front room, it was a mistake, traffic noise non stop cuz the hotel is closed the the main busy street, we hardly had a good night sleep. Don’t waste your money on the B’fast, you can get better food else where. Owner is very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff and great location considering the price. I stayed here for two nights while doing a Thai visa run.
The location was ideal for me--within walking distance of many restaurants and the night market, and about a 15 minute walk to the Thai Consulate.

The room however could use some renovations and a thorough sanitation. It seemed like things were just barely holding together, and it was obvious that no more than minimal room cleaning had been done for a long time. Being 6'5" I see things that the average person misses, and there was no shortage of cobwebs, dust etc in higher up places.

Last piece of advice: avoid the Tuktuk drivers in this city at all costs unless you want to get ripped off.

The outside look and feel is expensive but it is actually affordable. The room accommodation is clean, spacious, and organized but minimalist and my room's shower peg is broken. The staff are good and courteous but they need to learn to converse in English effectively. The best thing here is that the major tourist destinations are in walking distances, such as Wat Sisaket, Ho Phra Keo Museum, President's Palace, That Dam, Annouvong Park and Patuxai Park. Overall, I am satisfied staying in the hotel for one peaceful night.

I booked two nights at this hotel via Agoda it cost GBP18.4 per night. The rooms are very small, they are nicely cleaned. The hotel is very well located for all the shops and sightseeing places you'd want to go. It is a short walk from the river and market. The breakfast was surprisingly good and on par with much more expensive hotels.

The room is standart and clean, just like a budget hotel. I like the hotel location, its like Legian-bali a lot of bars and cafes at night. But they close at 12PM.
The atmosphere is quiet,may be if some live band or loud music will be good

I was here for a fair while and had a room that looked out onto the road, I found the breakfast to be of high quality, with a few different choices available, the bed was comfortable, the cleaning standards for the room were high, the staff were friendly and helpful and there was sufficient storage space within the room for my stuff.
An issue was that the room door was left ajar whilst I was staying there after the cleaners had cleaned my room. Thankfully it seems that nothing was taken as a result by other individuals staying at the hotel, but it did give me quite a surprise, I told the man at the front desk and he apologised. The window in my room wasn't completely sealed, so some mosquitoes did manage to enter the room at night, which was quite annoying.
Overall I was happy with the stay regardless.

Small but clean rooms. The breakfast is small also (you can choose one dish and natural coffee) but it's enough for getting rid of hungry. The accommodation is great : there are farmacy, playground for kids, decent restaurant Little Hanoi, riverside area. Little advice : don't take the room with view - it cost more money but doesn't change enything.
