    Avoid at all costs.
I booked this hotel for seven nights, but cancelled after speaking with the staff directly - learning that my Cambodian wife would not be allowed to enter the room alone, or have her own key.
The cancellation was ignored, and all seven nights were charged through Agoda (who I have stopped using as a result.)
The dispute seems to have been resolved by at Bank of America (issuer of the credit card) with no loss to me. I am very grateful to BoA for their common sense.
If you must do business with this hotel, do not pay cash. Use a credit card whose bank you trust, check your bill twice, etc.
    Petty fraud, plain and simple.

Good value for money. Clean, large rooms. Marvelous location overlooking the Mekong River. Great walk from the hotel to the night markets. Hotel staff is very friendly. Make sure to explain very slowly in English. Try to get a river view room if you like to see a wonderful sunset across the river. Not much selection on buffet menu though.

The worsted experience with this hotel. The room is dirty. The beds need to be improved. The carpet was dirty, need to replace. The worst thing was a lot of roaches in my room. We have to get out the next day to a different hotel.

Such a wonderfully luxurious place to stay and at a very reasonable cost. We will definately be coming back to stay here again. If you don't believe, come and try it youself, you won't be disappointed.

This hotel is in a great location. It is close to downtown Vientiane without being in the congestion. The view of the river is beautiful. There is a free shuttle service downtown but you must book it an hour ahead. There is a pool that is a great escape from the heat. The staff are polite and helpful.

Definitely not the accommodations I expect for the price. It does however seem to be some of the nicest and Western friendly hotels in town. The rooms are reasonably clean and the common space is spotless. There are 3 restaraunts advertised as being on property. In reality there are 2, one of which was not open during my 4 day stay. The breakfast buffet is passable for a free buffet. Table service in the singular lobby restaurant requires effort on your part to find a server and request what ever you might need. It is usually empty so you are at least not competing with other guests. Finally, it does indeed have river reviews. The hotel is a bit off the shore leaving the view a bit lack luster.
We used rewards points to book our stay and were grateful for the quality we did receive. I would not however recommend paying full price for this hotel.

    Four Star Hospitality.
Been hosting the guests in Lao 4 Nights 5 Days.

The manager understood when explained of my situation on RSVP without boucher through travel agency or an on-line credit card room purchase with no-refund stipulations other than the rack rate prepayment prior to guests arrival.

The manager not only held the rooms for 4 nights on preferred rate, the change of itineraries occurred after 1st night. Guests stayed 2 Nights as the payment on CC made.

Without any hassle, all was handled very smooth. That build the confidence in this establishments management.

Clean, tidy and beautiful. Start showing its age. Hotel situate at Mekong river bank on its own. A bit far from city centre however there is free shuttle bus available. Room is huge.
