Second chance I gave them was a bad judgement. This time someone entered our room while we were in it. No knock. Just came in. What was he up to? The rest of the hotel was empty.

Relaxing place. You will enjoy your stay here. It is a safe place also because there is a lot of security cameras. And the place is very convenient because it is near by the cities.

There are basically two types of rooms that they offer based on the room price. There is a ThB600.00 room that can accomodate two persons in a double-sized bed. There is a ThB1,000.00 room that can also accomodate two persons in a double-sized bed. If you are picky, then I suggest that you book for the TB1,000.00 room. If you are the easy-kind of person, then book the cheap one. You'll know the difference when you get there. 😉

Decent room for the price. Close to the Thai Embassy, but about 50,000 kip (200 baht) to the town center. Friendly staff, most speak pretty good English if you're not fluent in the local languages. Cold air con and a few English channels on cable for your down time. Recommended for the traveller that wants hostel prices, but a private room.

Plumbing issues, carpeted rooms that are quite stained, weak air con, terrible buffet food. Lobby smells like the fish tanks haven't been cleaned in weeks

They should fix the bathroom area and some treatment for insects like mosquitoes and always be clean specially the guestroom toilet and should have a hot and cold shower

Close to the Thai Consular and walking distance to major amenities. The price includes aircon, tv, wifi and breakfast which is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had a comfortable stay.

It's not expensive and have breakfast but menu not change. You will bored with breakfast in long stayed. It very noisy if a lot of guests come because a door and walls very thin, too much noise can come to your room.
