Great little place and super friendly staff. Don't stay for work if you in need of WiFi because it's simply not enough to turn a browser into anything useful.
If you are an animal lover than this place is for you. Thousands of mosquitoes will await you.response / report this review -

Ich war 2017 für eine Nacht zu Gast im Chandara Hotel.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir verpassten gar das sehr gute Frühstück um ein paar Minuten und uns wurden trotzdem Speisen nachgereicht und zubereitet.
Die Zimmer sind fein und auch der Pool macht Spaß.
Jetzt aber mein Highlight:
Bei einer Taxifahrt in Vientiane habe ich meine Go Pro Hero4 vergessen und das erst 2 Tage später mitten in Laos bemerkt. Das Hotel hat auf meine verzweifelte Email reagiert, den Taxifahrer ausgemacht und gefunden und mir die Kamera per Flugzeug zum Flughafen nach Luang Prabang geschickt!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dort war ich noch genau einen Tag und konnte vor meinem Weiterflug nach Kambodscha das Paket abholen mit meinem Ausweis und musst nur einen Bruchteil der Kosten selbst übernehmen.
Gerne würde ich immer noch diese Rechnung begleichen. Aber es kam keine Email mehr zurück. Ich bedanke mich nochmals auf diese Weise.
Alles andere als 5 Sterne wäre eine Beleidigung.

It is near to the airport and they have free airport service.
They have bicycle rent for free.
All staff are very kind and they try their best to inform about the place.
Its very clean and quiet place.

Tolles hotel mit rustikalen Ambiente, super Frühstücks Buffet für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Waren schon zweimal da und kommen gerne wieder. Unser Lieblings hotel in vientiane.
Am Wochenende hört man zwar die Musik von der nahegelegnden Bar, fanden wir aber nicht schlimm.response / report this review -

Fairly inexpensive but great service. Spacious rooms, great restaurant, airport shuttle and daily shuttles to and from downtown (only 10 mins away). I liked the pool area, too.

라오스에서 숙박한 모든 호텔 중 최고의 서비스. 공항과 시내를 오갈때 무료 셔틀을 이용할 수 있고, 룸 크기와 청결 상태도 좋았고, 씽크대와 전자렌지가 룸에 있어서 조리할 공간이 있는 것도 장점. 호텔 내부 시설도, 정말 친절한 직원도, 간단하지만 알찬 조식까지 가성비 최고!!
