You could always find something wrong to complain about..but why. ?great bed..great staff.. helpful alwaysgood breakfast..Did not like other guests smoking in rooms and noises but that's other guests not hotel..good surroundings

Cheap and nice place to stay. About the customers in the hotel are Korean Golf tourists and French people. It's bit far from the center. but the place is cozy.

Disgusting for 3 start hotel
We 've been this hotel 3 nights last month for enjoy new year in Laos, but we were not really enjoy when we stayed in this hotel, the room has no desk and chairs , no safety box as in the picture
The door had a space and they let tissue-paper into a space for hide a space, it was horrible, the room has a window but it s not safe, easy for someone get in and you can hear little noise from outside
The room wasn't deep clean, The blanket was dirty and broken somewhere
The bathroom has shower that not separate dry/wet area and not clean
Housekeeper didnt knock the door when they got in and we were there but they didnt say sorry, just asked us need to clean the room or not at 8 AM and they only spoke Laos so hard to understand,then we woke up and got out of our room when we till sleepy, let them cleaned our room
The breakfast was the same everyday
The staff was not really friendly

Good place for stay one or couple of nights. We had not so good experience with hotels in Vientiane before, this hotel is first where we can come back again next time. Not so big room and not so clean too, but for your money you have good city view (thanks it not wall of nearby building), good breakfast (okay, normal breakfast, because many dishes is better for lunch time and some tables occupied by ants)) and not so bad location (is close to Thai Embassy and there is some, not so much, but some food points around i mean for reasonable price). Internet was not work half of time but they said it will fixed soon. Manager was very friendly, other personal em almost friendly too)) One thing make us crazy is elevator sound that you hear all the night, even it stops not on your floor, any way you hear this bell sound. Arrr they should turn it off at least overnight.

I've been in this hotel twice for visa run.
But for sure I won't come for a third time.
I've tried different rooms and it was for all of them the same:

WiFi is absolutely terrible. Barely stable. Can't even go on Google quickly.

Hair in the beds, hair in the bathtube, bathroom just rinced with water (not deeply cleaned) and they don't dry the floor.

Spiderwebs on every corner of the ceiling.

Air-conditionning is noisy and not stable at all : hot and cold every 5 minutes.

Windows can't be locked, easy for someone to get in.
Windows and walls are thick as a sheet of paper : you can hear every little noise from outside and from the other rooms.

The only good thing is the friendly staff.

Hotels are basicaly made for having a good sleep during night time : mission FAILED for this hotel.

Room 704 Ok simple, Toilet door cannot closed probably lighting inadequate not bright enough in the night and shower soap and shampoo inadequate very small amount given just enough for I shower , Breakfast Normal simple dish , Internet slow , The Air-condition very unstable cool for few hour then it turn warm ,

Free transportation from airport was there and with a new taxi.
Allowed Early check in 10am ( free thank you), and breakfast(very good) was given.

Room spacious, clean. Comfy bed. Very good Ac, a little bit of inadequate lighting (may be). Very friendly staff.
Free bottled water in room, free coffee and tea.
About 7 English channels including CNN .
Minibar, safe( not fixed to the wall) .

Hotel Pool on the ground floor was bigger than the one on the 3rd floor.

Wifi good to very good.
Paid that excellent hotel 98$ for 2 nights and 3 breakfasts .
