Nice staff, great location, comfortable bed and room. Very good value for being so central. Breakfast is a bit ordinary. The wooden floors and staircase give this modern hotel a cosy feel.

Great location, service, price, breakfast! Great value for the price! Very clean, comfortable room, I really enjoyed my stay here, all the staff are extremely kind, helpful.😃😃😃

Safe, clean, helpful & kind staff. Rooms are cleaned and replenished with water, coffee, tea, soaps every day. A/C works well. Wifi is fast and reliable. Several great little cafes and restaurants right across the road.

It's an older boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. The bar opposite, if you're staying in a room facing the road, can be heard til around 11pm.

Well maintained hotel, offering spacious rooms with basuc amenities. Balcony is shared by the floor's occupant. Construction site near by, means you won't be able to sleep in.

Great location, lovely people running it, good breakfast and good value. WIFI a little flakey but this has been our experience most places in Laos so probably outside of the hotel's control.
