Deceitful sales practice! Upon arriving we negotiated a price which was conveniently changed before leaving. The rooms stank of cigarette smoke, it's noisy and the breakfast is mediocre at best. Exercise caution before booking here!

Excellent property and friendly staff.
Front office manager is a down to earth person and he will ensure guest are comfortable during their stay.
On my first day of check in i was not well and asked for a pharmacy to buy medicine but, he sent me a car with his driver to the pharmacy and after 2days he asked me how is my health and whether am alright.
All the staff at restaurant also very helpful & supportive.
5stars for a 4star property.

Spontaneous as ever, very nice decorations after renovation. Splendid art decorations, equal to that of a boutique hotel. Shout out to Les Artisan Laos.
