  Nice large room with reasonable facilities. Wi-Fi works just fine at least in the room I had on the fourth floor. No problem with shower but could do with larger towels.
  Hotel staff English is good.
  Staff supportive and efficient with good standard of service.
  The room was hot but this is probably much to do with Soviet era city heating not being very adjustable. I just opened a window and let some cold in. Heating was reduced at night by city/hotel. For summer I noted mosquito nets on windows.
  All in all not a bad experience compared to other offerings in city. Four rating is given on comparison with other Atyrau hotels
