I haven’t stayed there at all. But we had some tea there and biscuits. In addition I attended to several work parties there as well.

Nice decor and interior. Polite personnel, some of them know English really well

Only one complimentary bottle of water, so you'll want to buy some more at the grocery across the street. Free breakfast and wifi though , not bad.

This is a great hotel! End of story. Our tour group arrived early, around 10:30 and they allows is to check in early which was very nice of them.

The hotel looks great, the rooms are huge, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly and the air conditioning and heat actually work. This place has an amazing gym and a restaurant called Champions that is cozy and fun. This is everything you can ask for in a five star hotel.

The best hotel option in Atyrau. Staff is courteous, mid town bar is nice to hang out in the evenings. They serve hookah as well.

Ball rooms are nice. It has nice bar and some cozy place just to sit or have a meeting. Free billiard is also an asset.

Very well-run hotel in a good location. I've stayed here 3 separate times over the past 6 months. The service, quality of rooms and quality of food is consistently good and on par with nice hotels in the US. Past reviews have mentioned wi-fi. They do have wireless internet in rooms, but you have to pay around $12 USD/day for basic which is about 2 Mbps or $15/day for higher speed. I found the basic to be and reliable and suitable for anything I wanted to do even streaming Netflix or making internet-based phone calls. Marriott rewards membership may get you a discount or free, and many local companies have special rates that may get you fee internet and/or breakfast. Rooms are very nice and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. A/C works great in summer, but on my last visit in October it seemed they had turned the A/C off for the season. It was in the 40's F outside so I can see why, but I like it really cool at night and my room wouldn't get below about 70F no matter where I set the thermostat. Breakfast buffet is a very extensive "all you can eat" affair for about $24 USD. Room service prices were reasonable as well. All food is good and well-presented. The sports bar upstairs has been recently renovated and is now bright and modern. The health club is fantastic and free to guests. Includes an indoor lap pool, hot tub, sauna and a large gym. All staff are friendly, helpful and speak English well. The lobby is currently under renovation, but they seem to be making good progress and I would expect it to be done soon and to look even nicer. As others have said, there is a decent mall two buildings to the west with a large grocery store, electronics store, several clothing and jewelry stores, a good restaurant (Blackberry) and a bowling alley. Another good restaurant called "Joy" is directly across the street to the north.

Lovely hotel close to a mall. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Will definitely book it again.
