  Positioned as budget hotel but not really because of price and rooms(price vs quality). I would choose an Ibus instead

  Old and unattractive hotel with very poor service. Girls at reception were quite rude. Next time I'll be staying elsewhere.

  Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!

  Все старое, ванна старая. Сервис слабый. Нет халатов. Тапочки нужно просить на ресепшене. Нет губки для обуви. Минибар пустой. Нет даже бутылки воды. В комнате доступна только одна розетка. Вторая над минибаром. Возле только настольные лампы, главным светом управления нет. Телевизор слабо показывает аналоговое тв. Стены тонкие. Пол скрипит. Кажется все здание построено из контейнеров. На завтраки мало выбора. Фитнес зал есть, но там только мат, беговые дорожки и велотренажер, с 6-ю гантелями до 1 кг. Фотографии сауны и фитнес зала в гугле от новой Шагалы. Их две - прошу не путать. Сигнал вай-фай часто разрывает интернет соединение. Но тут тихо. Есть парковка. Кровать действительно удобная.

  Hotel where you can find a good service.
  
  In Kazakhstan food is not the best in the world, but at Chagala you have a lot of options.
  You can have breakfast directly in the hotel, where you can eat sweet or salad foods: from brioches to eggs, wurstel and many more!
  
  For lunch or dinner you can go in one of four near restaurants/pubs.

  Nice hotel near the center of the city. Good resturant.
  Wifi connection is free in the hall, in the room internet connection is available via cable but may be an extra (the cost is about 10 euros/day)
  Standard room are not big but are clean and confortable.
