Not the worst hotel in Atyrau but not the best either. Checkout takes minimal 20 minutes so they can check If you took anything from mini bar. Front desk staff are nice, speak decent English. There is security there and also a safe in the room. Suggest checking safe to ensure it opens again before putting anything in it.

The quality of food and service are really not bad, though it doesn't cost an arm and leg. Mainly you would order shashliks and pizza. Live music is available until 11 pm. Unfortunately, they could clean their windows to make a better view to the city, or even better to make a glass wall, so you don't have to stand to enjoy the view. Apart from that, I think it is one of the good place in lovely Atyrau.

This place is a great place on good days - you sit out on the roof in the sun and eat some decent food. My negative review comes from their greed and their poor service. They have periodic adult parties during the summer where they charge coverhowever, they charge it for all people, even if you are a family with little kids just coming for dinner and missing the party by 2+ hours. In this case, they charged all of us cover, including our 2 and 5 year olds, even though we arrived at 6pm and the party starts at 8pm (note, we decided to stay till 10pm and there was still no sign of the promised (and paid for) foam party). As for the service, they just seem to wait for you to flag them down. There is no initiative. They get orders wrong and for even the simplest order modifications, they have to check with the chef (they could not withhold orange juice from a mixed drink and they had to check with the "chef" whether they could provide jalapenos on the side of my pizza). This place is only interested in making money, not meeting customer expectations.

A good hotel for a stay in Atyrau. Comfy rooms, helpful staff plus a roof top outdoor pool with bar and restaurant very popular in the summer for weekend drinks.

Well located hotel on the riverside of Zhayik, offering best Atyrau river views. Rooms moderately equipped, nice breakfast offerings. However service is on the negative side.

Above the average.
I stayed not too much, but I can say it's kitchen is quite good. And, finally, a good Italian pizza, baked in wood oven.
The best in Kazakhstan, for what I tried.
